If you no longer have access to NATCA Email, your mailbox isn't deleted immediately. There's a recovery window before anything is removed.

How long your data is kept

NATCA Email mailboxes are archived for 3 months after access is removed. During this window, your messages, contacts, and calendar are preserved and recoverable.

How to recover your mail during the recovery window

During the 3-month window your mailbox is still accessible. To get your mail out:

  1. Sign in to NATCA Email webmail at email.natca.org using your NATCA SSO login.
  2. Use any of the backup methods on Backing up your email to export your messages to your device.
  3. If you can't sign in or aren't sure of your credentials, email [email protected] — ITC can confirm whether you're still within the recovery window and help reset access.

Export as soon as possible. Once the 3-month window closes, the data cannot be recovered.

What happens after 3 months

After the 3-month recovery window, mailbox data is automatically purged. NATCA does not retain copies beyond that window and cannot recover purged data.
