Sign in to Microsoft 365

Webmail (Outlook on the web) is at outlook.office.com.

  1. Open outlook.office.com.
  2. Enter your NATCA email address — your local NATCA username plus @natca.org (for example, [email protected]).
  3. Enter your Microsoft 365 password.
  4. You'll land in Outlook on the web.

Microsoft 365 password vs. MyNATCA password

Your Microsoft 365 sign-in is a separate account from your MyNATCA login. They are not linked, and the passwords are different. If you forget your Microsoft 365 password, email [email protected] — resetting your MyNATCA password will not help.

Set up Microsoft 365 on your device

Microsoft 365 auto-configures from your email address — there are no server settings to enter. Open your mail app, add an account, enter [email protected] and your Microsoft 365 password. The app figures out the rest.

NATCA's defaults are Outlook on the web in any browser, or the Microsoft Outlook mobile app on iOS and Android. Desktop Outlook for Windows and Mac aren't provisioned for every user — email [email protected] if you need the desktop app.

NATCA Mail Archive (some members)

If your @natca.net mailbox exceeded your Microsoft 365 quota during migration, older mail went into the NATCA Mail Archive rather than your Outlook inbox. Nothing is lost — it's accessible any time through NATCA Email webmail.

  2. Click Sign in with NATCA — your normal NATCA portal login works here too
