Who this is for: NATCA members who have both a @natca.net Rackspace mailbox and an existing @natca.org Microsoft 365 mailbox. ITC is migrating you to a single mailbox at your @natca.org address.

NATCA is retiring Rackspace email. Because you already have a Microsoft 365 mailbox at your @natca.org address, we're consolidating: your @natca.net mail will start forwarding to your @natca.org Outlook inbox, and the @natca.net mailbox itself will be shut off.
You keep one mailbox going forward — the one you've already been using.
Nothing — the migration is automatic. When your wave runs, ITC moves your @natca.net mail into your @natca.org Outlook mailbox and sets up forwarding so future @natca.net mail follows.
If you want to control the timing:
No action gets you migrated automatically when your wave runs.
@natca.net mail arrives in your existing @natca.org Outlook inbox — automatically forwarded from the day your migration completes.@natca.net mail is copied to @natca.org before forwarding kicks in. Nothing is lost.@natca.net IMAP, POP, and SMTP stop working. If you have a phone or desktop mail app set up with @natca.net server settings, it will stop syncing after migration. Remove the @natca.net account from those apps — your @natca.org Outlook account is the only one you need.apps.rackspace.com will stop working for your account.@natca.org mailbox. Same address, same password, same Outlook clients (desktop, mobile, OWA).@natca.org mail history. Untouched.@natca.net address — it forwards automatically. Over time, ask them to update to your @natca.org address.
