Who this is for: NATCA members with a @natca.net Rackspace mailbox and no existing @natca.org Microsoft 365 mailbox. You're getting a brand-new free mailbox on NATCA Email, NATCA's self-hosted member email service.

What's happening

NATCA is retiring Rackspace email. As your replacement, ITC built NATCA Email — a free @natca.org mailbox hosted by NATCA, with a modern webmail interface, IMAP/SMTP for any mail app, 2 GB primary storage, and a 2 GB archive for older mail.

You'll get an invitation email a week or so before your wave runs, with a link to choose your new @natca.org username and the exact date your mailbox will be created.

Before your migration

Choose your @natca.org username as soon as you get the invitation email. Most members pick the same handle they use elsewhere (e.g., [email protected]).

  1. Sign in at <https://email.natca.org>
  2. Open EmailMy Email
  3. Pick your username and confirm.

Usernames are first-come, first-served within a wave, with seniority (lowest member number) as the tiebreaker if two people request the same one. Pick early to avoid surprises.

<aside> ⚠️

If you don't confirm a username before your wave runs, your migration is paused until you do — your @natca.net mail keeps working in the meantime, but you won't get your @natca.org mailbox set up automatically.

Your options

After you've confirmed a username, you have three choices:

After migration

You'll receive a completion email at both your personal email and your old @natca.net address. From that point on:
