Sign in to NATCA Email

Webmail is at email.natca.org.

1. Open email.natca.org.
2. Click Single Sign-On.
3. Sign in with your MyNATCA login — the same username and password you use at my.natca.org.
4. You'll land in your NATCA Email inbox.

Your browser stays signed in after the first sign-in. To sign out, use the Sign Out option in the webmail menu.

If you can't sign in

App passwords for desktop and mobile mail apps

Desktop and mobile mail apps (Outlook, Apple Mail, iOS Mail, Android, Thunderbird) sign in with an app password — a separate credential from your NATCA SSO login. SSO is for webmail only.

1. Sign in at email.natca.org.
2. On the My Email page, scroll to App Passwords and click Generate App Password.
3. Give it a label so you know which device it belongs to (e.g., "iPhone Mail" or "Work Laptop").
4. Copy the password immediately — it's shown once and not stored.
5. Paste it into your mail app's password field.

Generate one per device. To revoke one: return to App Passwords and click the trash icon next to the entry.

Set up NATCA Email on your device

You'll need your NATCA Email address ([email protected]) and an app password — generated at email.natca.org under My Email → App Passwords. See the section above.

For most apps you'll be asked to enter the server name. Use mail.natca.org for both incoming and outgoing. Thunderbird and K-9 Mail auto-detect from your email address. Full settings are in Connection Settings below.
