Draft — under review. Being prepared by NATCA ITC; not yet announced to members.

For all NATCA members who bid. My Bids is your personal page in BID — it shows what you've been awarded so far: the line (work schedule) you hold and the leave you've been given, across every round of the bid. You can open it any time.

✅

Nothing to fill out here. My Bids is a summary, not a form. It simply reflects what you've already bid and what's been awarded. To actually place a bid, use the Lines or Leave pages when it's your turn.

Getting to My Bids

 1. Go to your bidding page — open the one-tap link in your email or text, or sign in with your MyNATCA account.
 2. Choose your area (if you're in a facility with more than one).
 3. Select the My Bids tab.

That's it. You can come back and check it as often as you like — it's always up to date.

Your leave balance, explained

Your leave balance is the pool of hours you can bid for the year. It's made up of a few pieces:

What it means In plain terms
Available The total leave hours you can bid this year.
Already bid Hours you've already committed to leave you've been awarded.
Remaining What's left for you to bid in later rounds.

If a number looks off, the amounts come from your facility's records. Reach out to your area rep or facility BID admin first — they can review and correct your accrual. If it still isn't right, contact support (below).
