For NATCA members who bid their schedule. Each year your facility runs bidding — you choose your work schedule (your line) and your leave for the year, in seniority order. This section explains how bidding works and how to do it, step by step.

The easiest way to bid: your one-tap link. When it's your turn, NATCA emails and/or texts you a personal link that opens your bidding page — no separate password needed. Just tap it. See Bidding from your email or text link below.

How it works, in short

  1. Your facility's BID admins set up the year — areas, rosters (seniority order), lines, and leave.
  2. Bidding happens in rounds: a line round (you pick your schedule) and one or more leave rounds (you pick your leave days).
  3. When it's your turn, you're notified. You open your bidding page, make your picks, and submit.
  4. You can always see what you've been awarded on your My Bids page.
